An organic Bean-To-Bar chocolate cake made from cocoa beans from Nicaragua in Sweden. The beans are roasted and stone-ground in Umeå and are the basis of the chocolate that is produced. The chocolate has an intense taste of cocoa with lovely freshness from wild harvested blueberries from Västerbotten. The packaging is durable and degradable in recycled cardboard. The inner packaging is also compostable.
